What this demonstration keeps
Polymodal is a communication aid for physiotherapy consultations. This demonstration uses pseudonymous access identities and does not retain raw audio or full transcripts by default.
During a consultation
- Consultation audio is not recorded or stored.
- Transcripts and translations are not persisted. They exist only in the current session and are gone when the tab closes.
- Patient context is pseudonymous — an internal profile ID and communication preferences. No names, NRIC, or contact details.
What is measured
- Usage metadata attributed to a demo access code: session and turn counts, audio seconds, route and model version, latency, and estimated cost.
- This ledger holds counts and identifiers only. It never holds transcript text, audio, prompts, or access codes.
What the system will not do
- It does not diagnose, prescribe exercise, or change a treatment. Suggestions are clinician-reviewed before a patient sees or hears anything.
- It does not learn from live conversations. Model improvement happens offline, from separately reviewed and approved material.
